Maybe related... I follow <https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/installing-plugins-for-playing-movies-and-music/> to setup the browser for playing videos like on YouTube. It can cause problems when external repos are enabled, like RPM Fushion, because both the system and external repo provide the same packages. Maybe that is contributing to the problem.
