With or without it, results are the same. I would expect some simple option to
accept whatever the default terminal colors are, simply outputting in whatever 2
colors are current in the terminal, as if dumped to a pure plain text file.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any such option, and the defaults
objectionable. :~(
