You already asked about this.  You're running the touchegg client.  If
you didn't intentionally do that, check your autostart list.

Of course, I did noyt turn it intentionally.

It's a touch gesture handler. I don't know how you got it installed. The only thing I can find that would bring it in is the cinnamon desktop. Try uninstalling it.
