I guess, you are using Anaconda installation. In Anaconda, there is an option „Installation target“ or alike. There you select first the disk, a further down there are the options „Default“, „custom“ and „Advanced custom“. Select advanced custom and then „Done“. A new window opens. Delete the all portions besides „home“, of course. You have to click in a partition to set the focus and then select the delete icon. Check, if you have a DOS partition table or a GPT. In the former case, create a partition of 1 Mib and select „BiosBoot“ as file system. In the latter case create a partition of 600 MiB and select EFI file system. Mount point is /boot/efi. Next create a partition of 1 GiB, select ext4 as filesystem and /boot as mount point. Select the remaining space as another partition of appropriate size mount point / Acrtivate „formating“ for all partitions but home, Select a type as you like. Fedora would usually use ifs or btrfs for root. -- Peter Boy https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Pboy [email protected] Timezone: CET (UTC+1) / CEST (UTC+2) Fedora Server Edition Working Group member Fedora Docs team contributor and board member Java developer and enthusiast -- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
