According to "dnf provides", /usr/lib/sysusers.d/trousers.conf is not
in any standard RPM, while /usr/lib/sysusers.d/tpm2-tss.conf is
provided by the tpm2-tss RPM.
Any reason to have this /usr/lib/sysusers.d/trousers.conf ?
What gives: rpm -qf /usr/lib/sysusers.d/trousers.conf ?
rpm pulled in by some dependency not purposefully installed
trousers-0.3.15-13.fc42.x86_64.rpm
trousers-lib-0.3.15-13.fc42.x86_64.rpm
