I've tired removing the .rpm.lock file, which does exist, but it still
gives that error.
Completely, uninstalled google-chrome-stable, and reinstalled, and
it imported the gpg key, so know it has the latest key. Some pages
said there was issues with googles repo not updating keyes,
Downloading key files as they said, and then importing them would
give error messages that the keys were expired?
Wouldn't see this if not watching the dnf process.
