Hi,
I have installed several SDDM themes download from the net via
KDE's System Settings->Colors and Themes, but with the first one I have
tried use, the login display tells me to use another theme because the
QtGraphicalEffects module is not installed, but when I issue the command
"sudo dnf provides */QtGraphicalEffects" dnf gives me the name of
several packages containing that module being
qt5-qtgraphicaleffects-5.15.18-1.fc43.x86_64 : Qt5 - QtGraphicalEffects
component
Repo : updates
Matched From :
Filename : /usr/lib64/qt5/qml/QtGraphicalEffects
mingw32-qt5-qtgraphicaleffects-5.15.17-2.fc43.noarch : Qt5 for Windows -
QtGraphicalEffects component
Repo : fedora
Matched From :
Filename :
/usr/i686-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/lib/qt5/qml/QtGraphicalEffects
The first package dnf tells me is already installed and the second one I
was able to install. After doing the install logging out to the SDDM
login screen still tells me the QtGraphicalEffects module is not
installed. Is this just that the theme in question is defective?
