How?
In principle the rpmfusion drivers are installed. But how can I check now?
In principle, I do not have a gpu on this PC

Let's start with the basics. WHat is your hardware?

Install inxi and post `inxi -Fzxx` output here.

The basics of debugging on Fedora is to look in the user and system journals.
In your case you are, it seems, that gdm is the of immediate interest.

What is the status of the gdm service `systemctl status gdm.service`?

○ gdm.service - GNOME Display Manager
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/gdm.service; enabled; preset: enabled)
    Drop-In: /usr/lib/systemd/system/service.d
             └─10-timeout-abort.conf
     Active: inactive (dead)
