Maybe on some systems, but I know I've had other systems with case insensitive file names whine at me for trying to rename only changing case. Perhaps windows and fat32? > Pretty clever, if you ask me. The user, not dogma, is first. If the user was first, the user could have a file named README.txt and another file named Readme.txt.
