Well, then the question is how will you get what you need to your computer?

Are you saying your have to download to another computer, put it on a
usb drive, and then move it to your system?

If so, to get started you'll need to know what version of the kernel you
are running.

Then go to rpmfusion.org and browse the proper repo.  An example of F14
for 32Bit would be...

http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/updates/14/i386/repoview/index.html

And look under the letter K.

There you will see.....

You will also need to install rt3070, found on the "R" page.
