Best thing for you to do is to file a bug report against GNOME Shell with your hardware information, Xorg log and anything else you might think is relevant and let the developers ask for more information if necessary. There is already a bug reported but I have not been able to get any responses. My view is that this is going to be a major problem, at least it is for me.
