I ran:
[mlapier@mushroom ~]$ rpm -q fedora-release
fedora-release-13-1.noarch
fedora-release-14-1.noarch
[mlapier@mushroom ~]$
[root@mushroom ~]# yum erase fedora-release-13-1.noarch
I immediately got an update notice.
