I set shmall to the same as shmmax, it didnt help
root@Issac # sysctl -a | grep -i shm

kernel.shmall = 2198066816
kernel.shmmni = 4096
kernel.shm_rmid_forced = 0
vm.hugetlb_shm_group = 0
I have 8GB of ram and I'm using the following kernel:
# uname -a
