   typo - your net is 192.168.2.0 / 255.255.255.0

I tried both suggestions, singly, and both together though I didn't think the forward slash in lieu of "netmask" was right. (I have another subnet declaration just above the one it's complaining about that uses "netmask", not a "/", and it doesn't gripe about that one, and that's the way it's written in the sample dhcpd.conf file that is buried down in the dhcpd doc folder in /usr/share/doc/dhcp-4.2.3).

Nothing worked. It's so strange...
