If you ever swapped the DVD drive for a different one,
there is (probably) a file named:

/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-cd.rules

which contains the description of every drive you ever
had in your system and the name assigned to it.

If you really only have one drive and the old ones are
dead and scrapped, the simplest thing to do is remove
that file and reboot.

If you really have multiple drives, and you want one
in particular to be the "main" /dev/sr0 one, you'd
need to edit the file to swap the names around and
reboot.
