Netflix, and all similar VOD subscription sites, many popular in LatAm
and South America.... like Telmex´ own, Claro Video, Moviecity Play,
Arnet Play, and the like

Of course, it´s a way for Microsoft to make competing OSs (think
Linux) less capable than Windows...
