I have cdrecord Fedora i686 RPM packages for F15/F16/F17 at:
http://www.hanzlici.cz//fedoralinux/ALL/cdrecord/

or their SRPMS packages at:
http://www.hanzlici.cz//fedoralinux/ALL/cdrtools/
You can try it or rebuild own packages.
