How did you upgrade? Using fedora-upgrade (aka yum upgrade?)

What is the output of lsusb?

I had this problem also last weekend, but I reinstalled polkit, the
selinux, pcmanfm (file manager for me), and rebooted (this was needed)
and all turned out well.
