I have read, and my BCM is NOT supported:
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43#Supported_devices
:PCI-ID Supported? Chip ID Modes PHY version Alternative
:14e4:4365 no BCM43142 ? LCN40 (r3) ?

then the only way witch this wireless card work (and other 2), tested on
3 notebook (1 dell and 2 asus) is use and rebuild kmod-wl with option
"make API=WEXT"
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2012-October/172954.html

I have post this my experience to help some other fedora user to remove
ubuntu from this netbook and install AND USE in it Fedora.

NOTE: on this netbook also the Ethernet controller (AR8131) do not work.

I have must to use alx driver (missing for fedora) to make it work, I
have grab and rebuild it from here:
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/3/srodzaj/2/search/alx-kmod-0.0-3.20130307.el6.elrepo.src.rpm

Thanks.
