I don't see Shell Extensions.  Only Extensions.  There is an 'Install
Shell Extension' option there, but if I click it, it looks for file to
install.

Do I go to 'Get More Extensions'?

There is a command to do this, but I don't know if it is useful to you.

Anyway, you can try 'systemctl hibernate'.
