After fedup from 19 to 20, my USB modem Huawei (ID 12d1:1436 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E173 3G Modem) not work anymore.
After various analyzes I have discover that the service ModemManager.service has been disabled. systemctl enable and start it and the problem is left.
