Just because it's old news is even worse because it means that people do not 
care for their own health, and when shit happens then everyone running to the 
doctor to save their asses.
I can bet that hand washing as recommended after poop ain't enough in the case 
of handling the toner. Toner consists of microscopic particles, if you can 
grasp that meaning.
