The archive wbar-2.3.5.tar.bz2 you use includes precompiled files (object files and executables). If you created it yourself, try again after "make clean". If you didn't create it, run "make clean" or something equivalent in %prep or %build. That will fix your 32-bit/64-bit build issue.
