I am able to do that with the following code: (don't know if it is the 
recommended way)

ClrModule.AddAssembly(Assembly.LoadFrom(currentDirName + 
Path.DirectorySeparatorChar +
"MyPackage.dll")); 

--> all namespaces inside MyPackage.dll are then magically available in the 
python engine.
