Hi Michael, I knew we forgot to mention something in the release notes but just 
couldn't put my finger on it.  Thanks for spotting this.

The omission of IronPython-2.0B4-Doc.zip which included Microsoft.Scripting.chm 
from IP 2.0B4 was actually intentional.  Microsoft.Scripting.chm has been out 
of date for some time, but more importantly contains documentation specific to 
the DLR that's not particularly useful to IronPython users (e.g., 
"Microsoft.Scripting.Ast" namespace).  This API reference library hasn't 
disappeared entirely though - in the near future there's going to be a site for 
all things DLR...
