You can use the pyc.py sample to compile your py files into an exe. I believe 
you are using IronPython 1.0 (I saw IronMath.dll somewhere in the thread). You 
can download the pyc sample from here - 
http://www.codeplex.com/IronPython/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=47

The sample takes a target flag which can be "winexe" for a windows application 
and "exe" for a normal console app.
