VB, and the CLR in general, has supported named parameters since .NET 1.0. It's just C# that's finally getting support in .NET 4.0.
Thanks, Harry just pointed out the same thing by Twitter. ;-)
Of course VB.NET named parameters are brain dead - compiling the value

Programmers and Dark Corners of IronPython
Hello all,
I've put a few new articles on IronPython up. The first two aimed
particularly at newcomers to IronPython, but the third should be useful
to everyone:
* Introduction to IronPython
http://www.voidspace.org.uk/ironpython/introduction-to-ironpython.shtml
* Python for .NET Programmers
http://www.voidspace.org.uk/ironpython/python-for-programmers.shtml
* Dark Corners of IronPython
http://www.voidspace.org.uk/ironpython/dark-corners.shtml
If you have any comments or discover any errors / typos please let me know.
All the best,
Michael Foord
