(dinov) Adds various DebuggerDisplay and DebuggerTypeProxy attributes and
implementations for an improved debugging experience. This covers old-style
and new-style classes and instances, built-in types such as list, tuple, dict,
set, frozenset, and deque, functions, modules, and code context (which
currently gets displayed as a module).
There’ll need to be another round of making sure that we properly expose
variables in local/global scopes that make it obvious how to get to
locals/globals. I’m waiting for the NewAst change before doing that though.
