The problem is solved. I had Siremis v 0.9.1 and now I have 0.9.2 and it is working with this one.

Script name and line number of error: /var/www/siremis-0.9.1/openbiz/bin/Configuration.php:42" I have only change the db_name in Config.xml from openser_siremis to openser.
