What a joke! The spell checker reordered the "change" | "ignore" so my mouse
pointer moved from "ignore" to "change all"!
Should have read:
1) Happy to report: A system disk died so our part time IT guy, at my behest,
copied the 10u10 iso to his laptop, burnt a DVD, and it boots.
We will now be able to share in all the 5.10 packages without worrying
about it being "too old of an OS despite being 5.10".
2) Our boss got cold feet about zfs, but the IT guy did get permission to
"experiment" with zfs when our "spare" blade2500 arrives.
3) Still working on the "top-level package list" idea, tempered by the loss of
Firefox (and friends) from openCSW. Sure hate mixing and matching.
