It is CSWlibcurl4-feature, try pkginfo -x CSWlibcurl4-feature

You are using a curl 7.28.1 with libcurl 7.26.0 which is very strange. Usually 
this can not
happen when you update with pkgutil. Do you have LD_LIBRARY_PATH set? Please 
post
  ldd -r /opt/csw/bin/curl
to see what libcurl.so.4 is actually used.
