Hi Fernando,

Currently an abstraction of this hypervisor features doesnt exist in
OpenNebula but you could feasibly implement it pretty painlessly.
Most hypervisors support a memory hotplug feature, for instance under
Xen you can run this command the change the RAM of a running guest:
xm mem-set <dom-id> <new-ram>
