I found the issue, thank you for helping me finding it. The VM template contained this:
NAME = "MyCompute" DISK = [ IMAGE_ID = 2 ] NIC = [ NETWORK_ID = 0 ] INSTANCE_TYPE = tinyCPU = 0.1 MEMORY = 64 Due to the fact that the tiny.erb did not contain an emty line, the instance type and the CPU parameter were mixed.
