Hi, VMware Server is a not stand-alone hypervisor, previous to ESX. OpenNebula doesn't currently support full integration with vCenter, although there is work in progress to use it to provide livemigration capabilities with vMotion through OpenNebula.
For now, the alternative is to manage each host individually adding them to OpenNebula through "onehost create" command.
