Guys, one more doubt. I didn't get access to my running VM at the moment. If I'm not mistaken, the well-known ways to get access are ssh and vnc. As far I know the access will granted by bridge iface. But, at the moment I have trouble with my bridged network.
See this When the host* is not running VMs* I got this oneadmin@...$ brctl show bridge name bridge id STP enabled interfaces virbr0 8000.000000000000 yes And When the host *is running VMs* I got this oneadmin@...$ brctl show bridge name bridge id STP enabled interfaces virbr0 8000.fe00c0a80001 yes vnet0 looking the ifconfig in the host that runs VMs I see: eth0 and loopback... virbr0 Link encap:Ethernet Endere o de HW fe:00:c0:a8:00:01 inet end.: 192.168.122.1 Bcast:192.168.122.255 Masc:255.255.255.0 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 M trica:1 pacotes RX:10 erros:0 descartados:10 excesso:0 quadro:0 Pacotes TX:0 erros:0 descartados:0 excesso:0 portadora:0 colis es:0 txqueuelen:0 RX bytes:460 (460.0 B) TX bytes:0 (0.0 B) vnet0 Link encap:Ethernet Endere o de HW fe:00:c0:a8:00:01 endere o inet6: fe80::fc00:c0ff:fea8:1/64 Escopo:Link UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 M trica:1 pacotes RX:5 erros:0 descartados:0 excesso:0 quadro:0 Pacotes TX:1157 erros:0 descartados:0 excesso:0 portadora:0 colis es:0 txqueuelen:500 RX bytes:300 (300.0 B) TX bytes:60852 (60.8 KB) If we look close we see that vnet has no ip address. My doubt is - Is the virbr0 must be aim to eth0 instead of vnet0? - What the most painless way to configure bridge network? Thanks in advance.
