Hello anagha b, What version of OpenNebula are you running and what OS do you want to contextualize?
If you are using CentOS, Debian or Ubuntu you just install the opennebula-context/one-context package, save the image and use it afterwards. You can read how to prepare the virtual machine image in the documentation [1]. It takes 10 minutes to get it up and running. If you are using other OS for your VMs you could provide the IP configuration from a DHCP Server or you could use the Virtual Router [2] for that.
