Hi Caty, It seems like OSTEMPLATE value is not set properly. Can you check the deployment.0 file, it is in your datastore_location/0/vm_number folder on the host. Post it's entire content, please. It is an ordinary xml file, you can open it with any text editor.
Then check if disk.0 file is also in that folder. According to your log it is missing. Regards, Nikita
