Hi Carlos,

Thanks for your help. I changed the kernel attribute to
/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-194.el5xen.img (kernel of the xen host) in
/etc/one/vmm_exec/vmm_exec_xen3.conf  The error got cleared after this.
