ROOT_PASS is not a variable used by the context packages. It is in the
documentation just as an example on what can you do if the context
packages are customized or you add init scripts. Either you add a init
script that uses ROOT_PASS to set the password or use SSH_PUBLIC_KEY
to set the "authorized_keys" file.
