I had a similar problem on CentOS 5, and perhaps 6 too. What do you have in /dev/disk/by-label/ ? Do you have the link to the cd iso labeled CONTEXT? Not sure it's the same bug, here is a patch http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/3365
