If I’m not wrong, the problem is caused by your incomplete modparam such as:
modparam("usrloc", "db_url",
# "mysql://openser:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/openser_1_3")
I don’t know why you just comment the second line but not the first line.
Anyway modparam need a closing bracket in some way.
