That's not possible, you should also change method appearing in CSeq header
and so but... why do you need to change a request method???
In case you need then you must use a B2BUA and not a SIP proxy (a proxy
modifies request/responses and forward them, but converting a REFER to INFO
is not modify a request, but destroy it.
