Hi, On the OKD 3.11 docs site, I don't see any information about how to create a new dashboard. This was simple with 3.9 and 3.10.
IIUC, OKD 3.11 ships with Grafana 5.2 and looking at Grafana documentation [1], it seems like if the user has enough permissions, (s)he should be able to create new dashboard. To be sure, I granted cluster:admin permission to the user I'm working with. But I still don't see an option to create new dashboard.
