Hi Michael, This because the SIPTRACE tool requires the XMLRPC interfacing with opensips . So be sure the mi_xmlrpc module is connected and in boxes.global.inc.php (see http://opensips-cp.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/Configuration.html#1) you have correctly set $boxes[$box_id]['mi']['conn'] to point to the mi_xmlrpc module.
