There's a bug in the dbtext scripts which create the table 'dialog'. The column script_flags(int) should be script_flags(int,null). Sadly there seem to be so many of these kinds of bugs, that one can hardly be confident that the dialog table is correct now. There just as well may be more problems with it than only this one column.
