Sorry, you may be missing the point. Why II and EE? You need to call rtpproxy with IE flags for the calls going out of internal network and EI for the calls from outside to internal network. They shouldn't be mixed. Also are you sure you want to use the A flag? a - flags that UA from which message is received doesn't support symmetric RTP. IIRC most UAs support symmetric RTP.
