Hi,
check out the LB documentation ( e.g. http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.6.x/load_balancer.html ), there is a parameter for the load_balance function (algorithm) which sets the load balancing to relative or absolute. As far as i know this is the only way to manipulate the way the Loadbalancing works. But i dont know if this is what you are looking for?
