Hi All I am trying to record incoming video calls on a RTPProxy server (with OpenSIPS V1.6) using the api start_recording() on the on_request route. The server also has a NAT firewall running. While the API is triggered it fails with the following error message:
May 20 09:44:41 vhost0694 rtpproxy[24160]: INFO:handle_command: record request failed: session b60fe7ae0679502d7669609996405557@0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, tags 7e6f1faf/e98aefc6 not found The session ID and the tag ID which the message says it couldnt find are that of the call in progress. The RTPProxy isnt able to match the tags to that of the ongoing call.
