And, have you checked if the sipcapture.so file exists in the
/usr/lib64/opensips/modules/ directory ??

Be sure you "sipcapture" module is compiled and
installed in the
'/usr/lib64/opensips/modules/'directory . By default
this module is compiled and install if not excluded
on purpose.
