Hi Chris,
So the record is not found in memory. You can try to following - run the
MI command "subs_phtable_list" to list you all the subscriptions from
memory (watchers). Do that after the initial SUBSCRIBER (to see your new
subscription) and after that from time to time (like 20-30 secs) to see
if/when your subscription disappears. It should be away by the time of
the re-subscribe.
But first let's see if the subscription is there in the very beginning.

Hi Bogdan,
When 481 reply is generated I see:
ERROR:presence:get_stored_info: record not found in hash_table
ERROR:presence:handle_subscribe: getting stored info
I also see:
ERROR:presence:update_presentity: No E_Tag match
[a.1391365440.4336.222096.59935]
but this would be related to issue with PUBLISH? Not SUBSCRIBE expiring?
Best regards,
Chris
Hi Chris,
When the 481 reply is generated, what is the error you see in the logs:
ERR:presence:record not found in hash_table
or
ERR:presence:No matching subscription dialog found in database
??
I see the original subscription was for 5 minutes (600 seconds) and the
re-subscription came after 4 minutes (so it should not be expired); also
there are no other re-subscriptions in the mean while (to change the
original expire).
